Welcome to our vacation rental, open since August 2023! Since then, we've worked tirelessly to enrich our guests' experience with new amenities, a touch of personality, and a wealth of passion. We're here to ensure an unforgettable stay, where every detail is designed to make you feel at home.

Spacious and elegant, in soothing colors, it offers a pleasant shower experience like that of a spa. You'll find everything you need for your stay, both in dispensers and disposable containers, with an eye to sustainability.
Parking place and external courtyard
The large courtyard allows you to park right in front of the house's door, in a dedicated and reserved parking space without the stress of searching for parking on the street.
Outdoor plants change colors with each season and decorate the exterior with their bright greenery.

You won't find anonymous codes or boxes to access the site: we'll be waiting for you personally! We'll prepare a small package with city maps, a guide to the main monuments, opening hours, a list of recommended restaurants, and events scheduled for the days of your stay. We won't leave you alone!
Free refreshment
We know you sometimes arrive here directly from the airport or in transit from long journeys. That's why we'll provide you with some snacks, homemade yogurts and compotes, and artisanal biscuits. Plus, a wide selection of teas and coffees. You can take a breather!
Fiber Wi-fi and streaming TV
For our business and international guests, the Wi-Fi is very fast and easy to access. Furthermore, the living area TV is equipped with a modem for watching SKY Entertainment and SKY Calcio programs, as well as Netflix films.

Internal private parking
Inside the spacious courtyard, you can park right in front of the front door. A very convenient solution for safely storing your luggage. During your stay, you can forget about parking worries and the distances you'd have to travel with your luggage to get to your accommodation.
Support for booking cultural visits
Some of the city's secret corners aren't listed on tourist websites. For example, if you'd like to visit the magnificent crypt of San Giovanni Domnarum or the Lombard ruins of the Church of Sant'Eusebio, we can contact the people who manage these hidden gems. We can also arrange a guided tour through one of the local associations. Contact us in advance!

We can store your luggage if you're staying in the city after check-out time. As always, we're happy to accommodate your needs.

Via San Severino Boezio is one of the oldest and most elegant streets in the center of Pavia. It's just a few hundred meters from the Visconti Castle, the Church of San Pietro in Ciel d'Oro, the Fraschini Theater, and the beating heart of Pavia's nightlife in Piazza della Vittoria.
